Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per company policy.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and company policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and hazardous conditions following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities for leadership.
