Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the job location state.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Criminal history review will be conducted.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Provide directions and assist with general inquiries, and relay observations to supervision.
