Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably use a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents and document activities; notify appropriate personnel as required.
• Observe and report unusual activity and policy violations to deter unauthorized activity.
