Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is looking for a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Triage in New York, NY. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and assist visitors with professionalism.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, the ability to respond to alarms, and strong customer service. Training and benefits are provided, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by following security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Document incidents and patrol activities per Allied Universal procedures.
