Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and concerns.
