Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Cleveland, OH. Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to established procedures, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit at assigned locations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to leadership and site representatives.
