• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter to identify and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; document observations and discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and document actions.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports and communicate with property management.
