Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Clinton, NC for a full-time, unarmed role at a food and beverage location. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to alarms, and documenting visits and incidents, with site leadership informed of any concerns. Must meet minimum age and background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, solutions-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, shipping/receiving locations, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/vehicle credentials; document incidents.
• Report maintenance concerns and incidents to site management.
