Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Clinton, NC to monitor and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will provide exceptional customer service, conduct patrols, and document security activities while working with site personnel.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and the ability to pass background checks. CPR/First Aid certification and computer/tablet proficiency are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required for driving roles.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
