Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support controlled entry to operations.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report to supervision.
