Job summary

Allied Universal in Clinton, NC is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol. You will provide customer service, conduct routine patrols, monitor access, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while documenting security activities.

The role offers flexible daytime shifts and opportunities to grow within the company. Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ (21+ for armed positions), background check, and drug screening where allowed.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Report unusual conditions and security-related incidents to site leadership.
