Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Routine Patrol) in Boston, MA. You will monitor and patrol retail stores and financial institutions, maintain a visible presence, and deter security incidents while delivering professional customer service to visitors and staff.

In this role you will respond to alarms, document incidents, follow procedures, and coordinate with site leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, visitors, and customers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and suspicious activity calmly and report promptly.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and assist guests as needed.
• Document incidents and shift activities for site leadership.
