Qualifications

• Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.
• Possess a college degree.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Complete required activity logs and shift documentation accurately.
