You will patrol facilities, verify entry, and respond to incidents with professional communication. A NY guard license and a HS diploma are required, with background checks and drug screening conducted as standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Minimum of one year security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• License requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures; stay aware of activity in assigned areas.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership and emergency personnel.
