Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Armed Patrol Operations in Cleveland, OH. You will conduct routine armed patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This role requires an Armed Guard Card/License, 21+, high school diploma, and a background check. You can build a flexible schedule, including weekend night shifts, through our Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Must have Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Participate in security training programs.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports according to site procedures.
