Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors and first responders as needed.
