Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the assigned location and monitor interiors, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or security concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
