Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws is required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building exteriors, parking areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain patrol documentation, and communicate observations to leadership and site management.
