Job summary

Marksman Security in Las Vegas is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly greet visitors, manage inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced security setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have Nevada Security License PILB.
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, clients, and guests warmly, offer directions or information, and ensure a positive initial impression of the company.
• Promptly handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct telephone calls.
• Manage appointment schedules, maintain calendars, and organize conference rooms or shared facilities.
• Handle routine clerical duties, including mail distribution, document creation, data entry, filing, and office supply management.
• Enforce core safety protocols, issue visitor badges, log guest arrivals, and monitor entryway access.
• Keep the reception desk and lobby areas neat, organized, and properly stocked with supplies.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and clients, address minor concerns, and elevate complex issues when required.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!
