Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution via site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
