Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and internal areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of surroundings.
• Document observations and report incidents or suspicious activity per protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and first responders during incidents or emergencies.
