Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Financial Institution in Denver, CO. You will monitor, patrol, and respond to incidents while providing superior customer service to tenants and visitors.

The role emphasizes a professional, safety-driven environment and collaboration with property management and first responders. This is a full-time, daytime-oriented position with a fixed hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and first responders while supporting a professional environment throughout the location.
