Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity.
• Maintain reports and documentation related to patrols and incidents.
