Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed - Entry Control in Savannah, GA, to safeguard clients across industries. This part-time role offers a daytime schedule and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with duties including access control, routine patrols, and clear incident reporting.

Responsibilities focus on customer service, credential verification, and maintaining a professional presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience or more.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required by policy.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following reporting protocols.
• Prepare clear activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
