Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Customer Access in Savannah, GA. You will serve clients, monitor access points, and patrol the distribution center while delivering excellent customer service.

This role features a flexible part-time schedule with day and night shifts, starting at $16.26 per hour. You will be part of a team focused on safety, security procedures, and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution center, including the building exterior, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and report unauthorized activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
