Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Honolulu, HI. You will patrol hotel areas, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent guest service while ensuring safety and security. Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and hotel policies.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, public spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and support a welcoming environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents and patrol observations per site procedures.
