Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX. The officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect, acting as a visible deterrent and reporting suspicious activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of armed security or related experience; must meet licensing requirements and be 21+ where required. Pay is $27.32 per hour with weekly paid schedules and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement, military, or private armed security experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services for personnel and property.
• Conduct patrols by foot, bicycle, or vehicle to protect people and assets.
• Preserve order and enforce site rules and directives.
• Maintain proficiency with all protective equipment and weapons.
• Greet and assist visitors; escort contractors and manage access points.
