Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol CRE in Charlotte, NC. You will protect clients, deter incidents through visible patrols, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, patrolling, reporting events, and collaborating with property management. Minimums include 18+ years old and a HS diploma; background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Driver's license only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and decisively.
• Conduct regular patrols around the commercial real estate location and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual occurrences, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Work with property management/tenants to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of activities and incidents during patrols.
