Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Client Services in Charlotte, NC. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, provide excellent customer service, and deter incidents at a financial institution location.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and company policy.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
