Job summary

Doyle Security Services Inc. is seeking personnel to observe and report activities at client sites, provide for security and safety of property and people, and perform periodic patrols. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to cover all shifts, including on-call hours.

Flexibility, strong customer service, and a valid NYS Security Guard License are essential. This position emphasizes professionalism and commitment to client protection.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Must have flexible availability to work all shifts, including on an on-call basis, as this is a floater position requiring coverage as operational needs arise.

Pay Range

Starting from USD $22.00/Hr.
