Job summary

Doyle Security Services Inc. is seeking a security professional to observe and report on-site activities, patrol client locations, and maintain safety for property and people. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to respond to incidents with discretion.

Responsibilities include reporting, securing premises, completing detailed incident reports, and following supervisor instructions. NYS armed guard license, HR 218, and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid NYS Armed Security Guard License.
• HR 218 compliance.
• Concealed Carry eligibility.
• Weekend availability required.
• Exceptional customer service skills expected.
• Ability to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation to and from post.

• Reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Up to USD $48.00/Hr.
