Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and promptly.
