Allied Universal in Sterling, VA is hiring a Security Officer Customer Service Unarmed Patrol to serve tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Prepare clear activity reports and maintain professional communication with clients and leadership.
