Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Systems in Sterling, VA. You will monitor and patrol banking areas, deter unauthorized activity, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

The role requires responding to alarms and incidents, maintaining a professional presence, and following site-specific procedures. Minimum 2 years of security experience and HS diploma are required; alarm panel and badge experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity to ensure site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and promptly per site requirements.
