Job summary

Marksman Security in El Paso, TX is seeking a front desk/door staff professional to provide excellent customer service, control access, log information, and monitor cameras on site.

Requirements include 21+, HS diploma or GED, ability to obtain Texas Security License, pass a background check and drug screening, and ability to lift 50+ lbs and patrol. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental, and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as door staff, receptionist, or in customer service/clerical roles.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain Texas Security License.

• Able to meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ lbs and patrolling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties while on duty.

• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft; maintain safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record data on incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Texas Security License
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Daytime, Evening, overnight, and weekend availability
