Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Experience with access control and badge processes preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors and vendors following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly per escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents and security activities accurately.
