Job summary

Rosina Food Products Inc is seeking a security officer for the 2nd shift to protect facilities and people in Town of West Seneca, NY. You will monitor access, log visitors, patrol areas, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to read safety rules, and NY State certification preferred. Pay starts at $20.00/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential, with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule Thursday through Monday.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of relevant security experience.
• New York State Certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities, log visitors and escort terminated associates.
• Monitor and log vehicle traffic entering and exiting the premises.
• Answer and direct phone calls after business hours, handling inquiries as needed.
• Perform patrol rounds to ensure security and safety compliance.
• Assist with emergency responses and contact appropriate agencies as required.
• Operate and monitor video surveillance systems and maintain activity logs.
• Verify truck/trailer deliveries and log details into the MMS system.
• Open or close the facility, including alarm and keypad procedures.
