Coastal Security Services, Inc. is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for client sites across Beaufort County, including Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and Beaufort. Roles may be at hospitals, gated communities, commercial sites, or on our Flex team.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with continuous hiring across posts. Apply once to be considered as posts fit license, location, and availability. Officers patrol, control access, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain SC SLED Unarmed Security Officer Registration under CSSI.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, and patrol for a full shift.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Control access at gates, lobbies, and entry points; verify credentials and manage visitors.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and respond to incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies.
• De-escalate disruptive situations and coordinate with site staff and local law enforcement.
• Write accurate daily activity reports and incident reports in our mobile reporting system.
• Represent the client and CSSI with a professional appearance and attitude on every shift.
