Shifts vary; 8- or 12-hour shifts with 24/7/365 operations. Most posts require weekend availability. Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years old and able to obtain SC SLED Unarmed Officer registration.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, and patrol for a full shift.

Aufgaben

• Control access at gates and entry points; verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and respond to incidents and alarms.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, daily activity reports, and incident reports.
• Observe and report safety hazards, policy violations, and suspicious activity.
• Serve as the professional first point of contact for everyone entering the property.
