Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant security officer to protect assets, personnel, customers and visitors at assigned sites in Slidell, LA.

You will patrol, monitor access, report incidents, and coordinate with local authorities as required by post orders. Duties include observing and reporting signs of crime or disorder, completing daily reports, and responding to emergencies according to the Employee Handbook and client post orders.

Qualifications

• Protect client interests within facility; safeguard employees and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder; investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to proper contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies per post orders.
• Report violations of policy and laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.
