Now Hiring 2 Shift - Unarmed "Licensed" Security Officers!

You are required to have a Valid NC Security License.*

Location: Kannapolis, N.C. (Approx. 16 miles north of Charlotte)

Job Description: This is a commercial site working at a truck gate. Responsibilities include remaining alert for disturbances, fires, safety hazards, traffic violators, suspicious acts and persons, and other unusual conditions.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm-10pm

Role Description: Security Officers deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; others patrol areas and conduct security checks. They also provide protection for equipment and personnel, and verify credentials of vehicles and individuals.

Available Positions: Gatehouse: greet guests, check IDs, log visitors, control access, etc.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NC Security License
• Valid NC Driver's License
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Previous security experience is a plus, but not required
