Qualifications

• NC PPSB Security License required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all persons on duty.
• Maintain front desk logs and monitor packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and document events for property management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of security experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history required.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• NC PPSB Security License required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
