Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for Mebane, NC. The role covers monitoring entry points, patrolling property, and ensuring a safe environment for tenants and visitors.

Required: at least 21 years old, 1 year security experience, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, NC Security License, and ability to pass drug screen, MVR and background check. Evening/weekend availability preferred. Immediate employment opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum one year of previous security experience.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history.
• NC Security License Required (Can be obtained through our office if selected).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR, and background check.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies at the property and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of previous security experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history Required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• NC Security License Required (Can be obtained through our office if selected)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR (motor vehicle report), and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evenings and weekend availability required
