Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Heflin, AL to safeguard people and property on client sites. You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and report hazards while maintaining professional client relations.

The role requires 3–5 years in security, good English communication, and the ability to pass training. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in security.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience CCTV programs/applications.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service.
• Must be able to pass all necessary training.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
