Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety on assigned premises, particularly in a school environment in Alexandria, VA.
• Follow all security protocols and procedures.
• Report incidents and irregularities.

Qualifications

• Current DCJS Security Officer Certification (Required).
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• Additional certifications such as CPR, AED, or First Aid are a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $22.00/hour
• Shifts: 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, day and evening, including weekends and summers
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
