Strategic Security Corp. seeks an Unarmed Security Guard to provide a visible security presence and assist customers across government, corporate, retail, or commercial settings on Fridays and Saturdays from 12pm–11pm.

You will perform foot patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, control access, and document incidents. The role emphasizes the G.E.T. principles—Greet, Engage, and Thank—to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State unarmed security guard license may be required.
• Ability to pass licensing tests if operating vehicle.
• Verifiable work history in security.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and random security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
• Identify and address safety hazards or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify law enforcement or emergency services as required.
• Assist with basic first aid and emergency notifications.
• Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity.
• Serve as a liaison with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, professional post area at all times.
• Greet, Engage, and Thank to enhance customer experience.
