Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused corporate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to identify hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site policies; report access concerns to leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications to site leadership.
