Qualifications

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of terminal-adjacent areas and perimeters.
• Monitor for unusual activity and unauthorized access and report observations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate with transportation personnel and leadership.
