Qualifications

• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Guard Credential Controlin Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol transportation facilities, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, support access-control procedures, and provide courteous customer service to travelers and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal-adjacent areas, facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards, helping to deter prohibited conduct and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with transportation personnel, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
