• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter; duties vary by client site
